Coders Clutch Limited runs one integrated management system (IMS) for information security, quality, business continuity and IT service management. This policy sets out what we commit to.
1. Policy statement
We commit to protecting the information we hold, delivering products and services that meet our clients’ agreed requirements, keeping our services running through disruption, and improving how we work. We meet the laws, regulations and contract terms that apply to us.
2. Standards we align with
| Standard | Area | Status |
|---|---|---|
| ISO/IEC 27001:2022 | Information security management | Aligned, not certified |
| ISO 9001:2015 | Quality management | Aligned, not certified |
| ISO 22301:2019 | Business continuity management | Aligned, not certified |
| ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 | IT service management | Aligned, not certified |
"Aligned" means we use these standards as the framework for our policies and processes. We do not currently hold certification to them. If that changes, we will publish the certificate details here.
3. Our commitments

- Keep client and personal information confidential.

- Choose suppliers that meet our security and quality requirements.
- Measure client satisfaction and act on what we learn.
- Review and improve the IMS continually.
4. Responsibility
