This policy explains what personal data Coders Clutch Limited collects when you visit codersclutch.com or work with us, why we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email info@codersclutch.com.
1. Who we are
Coders Clutch Limited ("Coders Clutch", "we", "us") is a company registered in The Gambia. We decide how your personal data is used when you visit this website or contact us, so we are the data controller. Our office is at MSJ Plaza Office 07, Brusubi Turntable (after AfricMed), The Gambia.
Our group companies in Ghana (Tema, 5th Avenue Road, Greater Accra Region, Ghana) and the USA (849 SW Curtis St, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34983, USA) help us deliver our services and may handle your data on our behalf under this policy.

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers website visitors, people who contact us, job applicants, our clients and their staff, and people who use products we run ourselves.
It does not cover personal data we handle inside a client's own systems when we build or run software for them. For that data, we act only on the client's written instructions under our contract with them, and the client's privacy notice applies.

We do not ask for sensitive data, such as health, religion or biometric data, through this website. Please do not send it to us.

7. Moving data between countries
We work in The Gambia, Ghana and the USA, and some of our service providers store data in other countries, including the USA and the European Union. When your data crosses a border, we use contracts with appropriate safeguards, or rely on another basis the law allows, so it stays protected.

After these periods we delete the data or make it anonymous.
9. How we protect it
We encrypt data in transit, limit access to the people who need it, keep backups, train our staff, check our suppliers and keep an incident response plan. Our management system is aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 (see /ims-policy). If a breach is likely to harm you, we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep the risk low.
10. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your data
- restrict how we use it
- send it to you or another organisation in a usable format
- stop using it for direct marketing, or on the basis of our legitimate interest
You can withdraw your consent at any time, and you have the right not to be subject to a decision made only by automated means that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
To use any of these rights, email info@codersclutch.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, say which right you want to use and how we can reach you. See /privacy-request for what to include. We answer within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity. There is no charge unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
11. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not aimed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.
12. AI products and client data
When we build or run AI systems for a client, the client decides what data is used, and we process it only on their written instructions. We do not use one client's data to train models for anyone else. Any personal data used to test our own AI products is described in that product's own notice.
13. Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, such as our social media pages and client websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
14. Changes to this policy
We publish any change here with a new date and version number. For important changes we will also show a notice on the website or email the people affected.
