These terms apply to your use of codersclutch.com (the "site"), which is run by Coders Clutch Limited ("Coders Clutch", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About these terms

These terms cover the website only. When we provide software, AI or other services to a client, a separate written contract with that client applies, and these terms do not change it.

2. Using the site

You may browse the site, share links to it and contact us through it. You must not:

  • use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or test its security without our written permission
  • introduce malware or anything else harmful, or overload the site
  • scrape or copy the site’s content in bulk, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission
  • send us false information or impersonate someone else

If you find a security problem, please tell us at info@codersclutch.com instead of testing it further.

3. Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos and code, belong to Coders Clutch or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, change or reuse them for any other purpose without our written permission.

Client names and logos appear on the site with their owners’ permission and remain their property.

4. Information on the site

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but its content is general information about our company and services. It is not professional advice, and it is not an offer to contract. Prices, timelines and features are confirmed only in a written proposal or contract.

5. What you send us

Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the site’s forms or chat. If you need to share it, ask us first and we can agree a confidentiality agreement. We handle any personal data you send as described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors or harmful components. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

8. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content, including loss of profit, business, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page show when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of The Gambia, and the courts of The Gambia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your own country gives you.

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
