- Proposal: you get a written scope, plan, team and estimate. Nothing starts until you agree it.
- Design: user research, flows and interface design, reviewed with you before we build.
- Build: we develop in short sprints and show you working software at the end of each one.
- Testing: functional, security, performance and accessibility testing before anything goes live.
- Launch: we deploy, monitor closely in the first weeks and hand over documentation.
- Support: ongoing maintenance, updates and improvements, on terms agreed in your contract.

What shapes the cost
Every estimate is specific to your project. The main factors are:
- the scope: the number of features, user types and platforms (web, iOS, Android)
- integrations with your existing systems, payment providers or government platforms
- security, data protection and compliance requirements
- AI work: data preparation, model choice and the level of testing needed
- the timeline and the size of team it needs
- support and hosting after launch
