You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. This page explains how. Our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy explains your rights in full.
How to make a request
Email info@codersclutch.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Please include:
- your full name, and the email address or phone number you used with us
- what you want us to do: give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, send it to another organisation, or stop using it for marketing
- anything that helps us find your data, such as roughly when you contacted us or which form you used
What happens next
- We confirm we have your request within 5 working days.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity, so we never give your data to someone else.
- We complete your request within 30 days. If it is complex, we will tell you why we need longer.
- There is no charge, unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
If you are not happy with our answer
Tell us and we will look at it again. You can also complain to a data protection authority; section 15 of our Privacy Policy lists them.
